How to Learn Hypnotism

How to Learn Hypnotism

People have always been amused with the idea of hypnotism because we see it on TV. Hypnotism is being used as sort of an entertainment gimmick by producers of TV programs or even makes a significant scene in the movies. But the idea has always been distorted. It is a common misconception that hypnotism is either a hoax to entertain a crowd or an evil tool used by antagonists and uncanny individuals. But to some who have understood its essence, they want to know the system on how to learn hypnotism.

Hypnotism is no joke. I firmly believe it should not be made as a hocus pocus or a slapstick. It is a very powerful method to be used for self-improvement and to help others achieve their self-actualization. How is this possible, you say? You are one of those who view hypnotism as some sort of trick. There is no trick to it. Hypnotism happens to everyone, anytime and anywhere.

Have you ever found yourself in a “robot-mode”? Or to put it in words: doing things continuously without thinking. Hand washing your clothes? Watching a program on TV intently? Driving your car to a destination known to you? Reading a book? How to learn hypnotism is not at all hard, when it is already present in us.

We all have done that, right? We have concentrated. We have focused. We were attentive on what we do and cannot be disturbed. Hypnotism is innate in every human being. You are unconscious of it but you are doing self-hypnosis.

The explanation lies here: There is a thin line between the conscious mind and the unconscious mind.

The conscious mind provides reason, logical thinking and decision making. Normally when the conscious mind is active, it aids the person to go on with his or her day to day activities and regular function. The unconscious mind provides imagination and day dreaming. How to learn hypnotism depends upon these two states of mind. At times, the conscious mind is switched off and the unconscious mind, for a brief moment comes into action and puts the person on an open mind, lets the person do what he or she is doing nonstop until reality pops the hypnotized state. At this time, the hypnotized person is relaxed and able to absorb suggestions bombarded its way.

I would be demonstrating a concrete example of how a hypnotized person acts. Study the scenario presented to you so you will understand how hypnotism works. By that, you would also be able to know the basics on how to learn hypnotism for your benefit and for others, as well:

Your employee is busy typing something on the computer when you come inside his office and tell him, “After you’re done typing, collect the papers from my office – on the desk by the door and shred them to pieces. Those are no longer important and it needs to be discarded.”  His answer would be, “Yes boss”. “After that, go to that café around the block, right in front of the theater and get me a chicken sandwich with lettuce salad on the side. I need that with a diet soda. No extra mayo.” He says again, “Yes, boss.” He is still typing. You say “I am buying you lunch, too. So get whatever you want and put in on my tab.” You’re smiling but he is still typing. He answers back “Yes, boss.” After a few seconds, he stops typing, he looks at you and he smiles back. “Did I hear it right, boss? Free lunch?”

Do you get my point? The basic thing on how to learn hypnotism is pretty simple. Every person goes into a hypnotized state. To get what you want from them, work your way through when they are self-hypnotizing. As demonstrated, you can also stop that state yourself by cutting in but before that happens, get the “Yes, Boss” answer first. Try it.
